Traditional home-made mincemeat – just what you need to make your mincepies special this year!
Made using the same recipe that my Mum used in my childhood

Ingredients: suet, mix fruit, apple, brown sugar, mix peel, cherries, lemons, spices, sherry
Allergens: Gluten

Each jar holds approx 10 oz (275 gm) of mincemeat.

Not just for mincepies at Christmas, mincemeat can be used in recipes throughout the year. Put a spoonfull in the centre of a baked apple, or on top of a pork chop before baking in the oven, or mix with breadcrumbs to make a quick and tasty stuffing.
