My version of this popular classic dessert.
A light sponge flavoured with dates and covered in a creamy rich toffee sauce.
You get 2 puddings, each serving 2-3 people — so you can eat one and freeze one for another occasion.
Just reheat in either microwave or conventional oven and serve with cream or ice-cream
