Policies & Contact Info

Return Policy.

Edible items are exempt from the EU Distance Selling Regulations for returns, but
refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me in the unlikely event you have a problem with your goodies.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible after ordering. A full refund can only be given if I have not started baking your order. For orders baked but not yet posted, a 50% refund will be given.
If the order has already been posted, then refunds cannot be given.

For non-edible items, notification of intent to return must be made within 14 days of receipt and the item returned within 28 days of receipt. Buyer to pay return postage.

Delivery.

All packaging in direct contact with the food will be new. Some of the outer packaging (brown paper, bubble mailers or shipping boxes) may be re-used.

Edible items will only be sent to UK addresses.
Non-edibles can be posted worldwide.

Within the UK, I use Royal Mail First Class and aim to post out within 2-3 days of receiving your order and payment. Items should arrive 1-2 days after posting.
International items are sent via Royal Mail Standard Air Mail which is untracked and will normally arrive in about 10-14 days. Occasionally delays in the receiving country’s Customs mean that transit times of upto a month can occur.

Currently, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many postal services are experiencing delays and backlogs and so delivery times are very much extended.
Please contact me if you have not received your item after 10 days domestically or 8 weeks internationally.
If your item should go astray, it will be replaced and I will file a lost item claim with the Post Office.
